Adding on here.

What I decided to do was play 1 of them each week but have RNG pick it. If the number picked is a player that doesn't have a drill (e.g. OL) then I don't do it.

Really appreciate the work you’ve done!
But I was wondering if these sliders account for RBs being very good and developing quickly early on in their career and then once they hit that 26/27 mark becoming worse and really starting to regress.

Is there a certain slider setting that you would recommend for me to achieve this or am I better off just leaving it as is?

These do a good job of it to a point. Unfortunately the regression sliders have no impact before age 29. You will see HBs sitting in free agency. You can boost the HB regression sliders way up for ages 29+ and that will help, albeit a year or two later than you want.

Would these need to be adjusted when using a custom roster? Waiting to start my main franchise because I hate the over inflated base roster.

No they won't. With the base roster, overinflation of it was taken into account.
