I have to either believe Babcock or Barstool? This is the worst

NHL apparently gonna do a world cup in 2025 but a simplified version.

No details yet, but I do wonder what their plans are.

It won't just be "North America vs World" best of 7 series would it?

Or do you do:
Canada
USA
Sweden
Finland
Czech
World

Or something like that? If it's simplified, that means probably not the 8 we saw last time?

A "World" or "Europe" team that's a thinly veiled Team Russia sounds like a tough sell.

I think if it's a world team they'd limit the amount of players that could rep one country. Like 25% at most?

Adding on to the Babcock/Jackets stuff, the NHLPA is investigating it now.

One of the people part of the executives investigating it on behalf of the NHLPA, Ron Hainsey, who was coached by Babcock for 2 seasons in Toronto.

Now reports saying the NHL/PA will discuss things today!

But this entire thing can vary do much from being as innocent as a "show and tell" type of thing where you choose which pics on your phone you share as a "get to know you" with your new boss, all the way to "give me your phone and I'll see what kind of person you are"

But maybe you could get out of having to play for Babcock and in Columbus. Both of which would be positives.
