This is how I used to approach my franchises, just set everyone to power, but after using a sliver of my brain I actually really like training a majority of my hitters on VIS / DISC / CL. Feels like they end up growing on the actual contact/power side of things organically, while the discipline training helps a ton

I really can't speak to training. I don't think its effects have been changed in years.

Oh, so you were being serious? Lol. Gotcha. Yeah, I've just seen only decline in my players. Unless I go on a hitting tear, everything seems to just plummet.
