I am going to bring my OP out from the dead and reiterate, EA, if you have anyone affiliated with your game that check this forum, I am begging you on all that is holy, for Franchise, please add ECHL teams into the Franchise... And the ability to negotiate contracts with ECHL or AHL affiliates, and what I mean by that, offer contracts to a team to become your minor league affiliate (s) after their contract runs out. I would like to try to get a team like the Cincinnati Cyclones to be the farm team for the Columbus Blue Jackets once their Affiliation runs out with the NYR...

Ability to import existing uniforms in create-a-team.

Addition of vintage uniforms from 1990's and vintage logos/ secondary logos.

Addition of vintage templates on vintage CCM/KOHO cut jerseys as well as current Adidas.

One thing I really enjoy about other sports games is the ability to edit a players attributes in franchise mode. NHL doesn't have this, and if you tweak things like I do, and forget something, you have to start all over.

Also, stop having blank player profile pictures. Other games use a players build, why can't NHL?

There's a million reasons why I'm taking a hiatus from this series, but just fixing those two things would be a huge boost.

4. Stop robbing Peter to pay Paul- Your legacy controls are the Hybrid controls. This option should NEVER be removed. You can tweak and create a bunch of different control schemes as much as you would like, but do not touch legacy (Hybrid).


I only have a PS3, so I'm still playing Legacy, and it doesn't matter to me yet.

Now that I know my Hybrid controls are gone, I know to stop at NHL23, unless they bring them back.

AI related:
-AI that actually want and pressure the puck
-Fundamental zone coverage properly programmed
-Fundamental offensive cycle properly programmed
-The addition of real offensive and defensive strategies rather than the fictional ones we have now
-PowerPlay team being programmed to put two hard on the puck and hold the zone aggressively.
-When goalie is pulled, AI that actually sell out to hold the zone


Gameplay related:
-goalie limb reactions reverted to human levels from their NHL 23 and 24 robotic levels
-launch the tunnel celly into the sun
-launch the on-ice pressure meter into the sun
-bring back gliding to skating
-icon passing needs to be separate from normal passing for those of us who wish to not be visually assaulted every time we load up a pass
-unbreak passing: idk why I can’t catch a pass and preemptively load up a new pass for as long as I want. That new touch passing system is a disaster
-unbug the slider suite menu, it’s a joke how often it reverts.
-allow couch co-op so we can play offline modes with friends like NHL 2k9 had.

Customization:
-need 4 to 5 jerseys and logos in CAT. 3 is so limiting
-make jersey/sock, helmet, gloves, and pants their own individual uniform pieces like Madden to allow for mix and matching of uniform looks.
-add matte finishes to helmets
-fix the yellows, neons, and golds. They’ve all been awful since the frostbite switch.
-make the white goalie helmet have a single color zone so we can at least match team colors.
-add matching sock templates to match the adidas jersey templates that were added like 7 years ago (seriously? How hasn’t this been done?)
-make a sandbox season/franchise mode where I can play as every team, play any game, switch between teams during any game, change rules, add/subtract league size, etc.
