Re: PS VR

PS VR looks really exciting but I wont be getting it day one for sure. Im more interested in NEO than the PS VR to be honest. The factors that are leading me to feel this way is that

1) The NEO (if all rumors are true) should be dropping at or shortly before PS VR and can't justify spending $400+ each for the PS VR and NEO.

2) Don't know if I can play games with the PS VR on my face.

3) None of the games at the moment interests me. Im going to wait until more content that appeals to me on the PS VR to start to think about getting the PS VR

I do hope the technology does take off as it sounds like something that can be fun with the right games.

Re: PS VR

If you guys are scared of VR sharks, my cousin is a marine biologist and she dives with sharks all the time. I can't even imagine. But it sounds cool as hell.

Re: PS VR

I keep thinking that a game like No Mans Sky would be heaven in VR

When I played the Battlezone tank game I used the DS4 controller and it played just like any other FPShooter. So I wonder how VR would work with a future FPS like Battlefield.

Re: PS VR

I've seen that vid in our groupme already, or ya posting it for OSers I guess.

Pretty cool but that's not what I had in mind. That's over the top and not realistic or feasible for us.

But yea, absolutely cool.

With this...

PS VR Aim Controller Could Be Sony’s Secret Weapon

Apparently sites have been enjoying Farpoint with it, when they tried it, and it helped with the locomotion.

Re: PS VR

Yeah I'm curious about that as well.

I could see controller remaining ideal for Competetive FPS games but maybe that aim controller bridges the gap between consoles and mouse-style pinpoint accuracy
