Falcao will have a awesome performance but Columbia will still go home in the round of sixteen.

By the way ESPN released a new commercial.

Re: 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil

Last I heard he was training with the WC squad and the coach is going to wait until the very last minute to decide if he's ready. They have a deadline of June 2 to announce the 23 man squad traveling to Brazil.

He might not be totally fit, but Columbia doesn't have any giants in their group who will play stone cold defense. He is still easily the group's best player.

Greece is known for their strong defense.

Re: 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil

Germany named their 23:

Quote:
Goalkeepers: Manuel Neuer (Bayern Munich), Roman Weidenfeller (Borussia Dortmund), Ron-Robert Zieler (Hannover)

Defenders: Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munich), Erik Durm (Borussia Dortmund), Kevin Grosskreutz (Borussia Dortmund), Benedikt Howedes (FC Schalke), Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund), Philipp Lahm (Bayern Munich), Per Mertesacker (Arsenal)

Midfielders: Julian Draxler (Schalke), Matthias Ginter (Freiburg), Mario Gotze (Bayern Munich), Christoph Kramer (Borussia Monchengladbach), Sami Khedira (Real Madrid), Toni Kroos (Bayern Munich), Thomas Muller (Bayern Munich), Mesut Ozil (Arsenal), Lukas Podolski (Arsenal), Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund), Andre Schurrle (Chelsea), Bastian Schweinsteiger (Bayern Munich)

Forward: Miroslav Klose (Lazio)
Holy midfielders, though Podolski and Schurrle would be fine in the striker spot.

Didn't see this posted anywhere, but it's not a surprising story:
