There are banks around where I live that do this to cash a check, so I don't see what's the big deal. There are plenty of other ways to sell used games.

Yeah I don't see the big deal. I would think it's strange but a million places have my finger prints.

Ive gotten into verbal altercations with Gamestop employees before, this one employee wanted to see my ID because he said it was NYS law. I informed him that no state has such law because it was rule unconstitutional by the SCOTUS, he still insisted that I provide ID for my M rated game. I gave him a few choice words, walked out, filed a complaint, and got a $100 gift card.

I thought this was normal thing, been doing it for years at Best Buy and Gamestop. Maybe it was a Florida law or something.
