Had the game crash yesterday when I pinch hit for the pitcher intending to do a double switch after the inning.

I would stop playing the game until it's patched except for the fact I don't think the developers are going to take the time to patch it. If this was happening in diamond dynasty it would have been fixed in the first patch.

By far the most frustrating thing since I started playing this game many years ago.

First inning pinch hit for my SS with a catcher, pinch hit for my CF with a pitcher. Next half inning catcher was at SS, pitcher in CF. Game didn’t crash.

What platform?

I'm on ps5. It doesn't crash the same way but it's even worse than before. I pinch hit for the pitcher. When the next inning starts instead of the message "position player on mound" you see the position player on the mound throwing a pitch. Pause the game. Go to the bullpen. You can't get out of the bullpen.

You are literally stuck in the bullpen.

Just tested it. Pinch hit Difo for pitcher. He was on the mound. Was only able to take him out after he pitched to 3 batters. Good grief.

I submitted a bug report. The more the merrier to get the attention of the developers.

They actually made it worse because there is no workaround other than to not pinch hit.

I reported it too. I wonder what would happen if you simmed the half inning where you knew you were going to yank your pitcher. I’ll try to test it.
