If it was also added to the scorebug then that one little thing just pulled me back in a little bit closer to buying 24. The bigger bases is nice as well.

I LOVE the little details which is something SDS was great at up until the last few years.
Exactly. They lured me back in a bit and let's hope for more

I’m sure it will be optional. I’ll see how it works before I decide to use it or not. If I don’t like it I’ll turn it off like I do the extra inning runner rule.

Man….being able waiting 14 seconds or so between a pitch? Really drag out the length of a game. I would think it would get old real fast and people would just X thru it.

I already do this. When batting I hold R2 until Singleton tires out from making a long-winded speech, and when pitching I wait till he's thru droning on before I wind up. If this clock is actually functional, I'll probably be the biggest offender.

X-thru what? Im not understanding. How would adding the pitch clock make games longer?

How long is the average wait between pitches? Maybe I’m wrong but I would think most gamers get the ball, select the pitch and throw it in a matter of seconds. Just think the pitch clock is just sort of moot, just my opinion.

It would only get longer if you tried to use the entirety of the clock, instead of picking a pitch and throwing it within 5 or 6 seconds every time.

To be honest if they add some more after pitch cut scenes I don't think more the 5 -7 seconds will be left before each pitch. Mlb average was 7 Seconds left. Regardless its Authenticity im all for it
