CFB will be Madden. The game wont be any different then the jerseys and team names.
I wont get either one. However, if Madden somehow improves its franchise and GM AI logic, I would buy Madden.

Franchise SIM is dead. Find your favorite iterations and play it forever. Card games are whats "now" and games will cater in that direction and forget realism.

Just have fun and play :)

Also what funny most of the kids surveyed didn't care about getting paid they just wanted to be in the game. It's not exploitation at all

Or even how it used to be when everyone knew it was based on the real player. Beyond that there are over 120 schools with at least probably 75 people per school. This game never sold as much as Madden. I’m 100% against taking advantage of people for things that are necessary to survive but for a video game if they don’t like it just don’t be in the game. If enough guys do it EA will reconsider if they want to make it or pay more to the players. Personally I’d buy it without any real players anyway.

In answer to the question will probably buy Day 1. At very least wait for 1st price drop to read some reviews and see how different it is. Madden will be what I did this year. Wait until it drops to $40 a few weeks after release unless it’s really bad and maybe finally skip a year.

NCAA sold alot more than you think dude that's why so many in the madden community were upset when it canx because people imported their college stuff to madden they were package deals

Yeah, this is hardly exploitation lmao. It's completely by choice. If a player thought they deserved more then 600$ and a free copy of the game, then they didn't have to sign any contract. Considering EA got so many players, I'm guessing Johnny NoName who's spent the majority of his college career on the bench was pretty happy to get paid to appear in the game, as would probably 75% of players who nobody but the die hard fans of their school could name

Even though it seems I'm liking Madden this year more than most and found some sort of tolerance,I very possibly will only buy CFB and just continue my franchise with Madden with a draft class I dropped.

I'm showing my age here but I've been playing both since the beginning. I always bought college football every year. I still have my copies of some of the older games for the original Xbox. I quit playing Madden for a while and just not a fan of the franchise anymore. It just seems that the focus isn't on football anymore.
