Check your Main Menu Settings
Injuries
Min threshold and one other one is in there

Also, make sure you have 15 min Quarters and 10 sec

A couple settings were mismatched, penalties at main menu AND league settings were outdated, injuries were also set very low in both places, changed to 50. Fatigue was also wrong. Updated everything, firing Indy vs Jax back up
