I’ve never done 10 minutes no accel. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait before calling a play? Or does it all kind of even out to around 120 plays at the end of the game?

9/10 mins with no accelerated clock gives you the right amount of plays for an NFL game for those asking.

Turn off the accelerated clock as it’s causing the issues some of you are seeing with picks etc.

I’m throwing any pass I feel I can complete and in 3 games I’ve had 5 AI picks and I’ve thrown 2. I’d say that’s on par for real life.

Those are the exact settings I use, and I'm not seeing that at all.

I don't think the clock has as much to do with it as it does the logic of the QB's under pressure. Basically any time I user a DL or send a pressure package that works, the QB is about guaranteed to play like an idiot. I am all for pressure causing the QB to make mistakes, but right now it's more common than not to see the CPU QB heave up 3-4 picks a game off their backfoot when pressured. This is on All Madden, so it isn't like I am on Pro and that's something that comes with the AI on that level.

I know from my own experience the last few years that the game gets kinda crazy whenever I use acc clock. Once I go back to regular 9-10 minutes, it seems to calm down more.

I play with 10min quarters and accelerated clock to 20 secs. How much longer will the game be if I turn accelerated clock off?

It'll add roughly 10-15 plays...depending on the number of clock stoppages and so on. I usually hit somewhere around 105-110 plays with 10 min/20 acc clock and hit around 120 with 10 min/no acc clock.
