As if college football wasn't chaotic enough this year, a federal judge in Tennessee has ruled that the NCAA can no longer enforce NIL rules.


Quoting an article from ESPN, Anthony Skrmetti, Tennessee's attorney general, said in a statement Friday that his office plans to litigate the case "to the fullest extent necessary to ensure the NCAA's monopoly cannot continue."

When's the last time the NCAA won in court lol?. It feels like NCAA has been constantly losing in court and forced to make it reactionary changes
