Random q: any update on the ref from the main event? Did he smash his balls on the rope when he was taking the bump or what?

Re: WWE Money In The Bank 7/1/23

Iyo is now one of the longest MITB holders in women's division history!

I wonder who anyone will cash in on. I don't see any reason for Iyo to cash in right now on Rhea or Asuka. I would be fine with a few months of build for her, even a feud with Bayley for the briefcase.

Priest is the one I think it's just a matter of time before he cashes in. Balor would be the best guy to cash in on. Maybe Balor wins at SS and Priest cashes in the same night (which really sets Balor off because the whole Rollins feud was about how he beat Rollins and was only champ for 22 hours due to injury, just for Balor to finally get his payback and then lose in 22 seconds).

Perhaps he did, to me it just looked like his body got hung up on the ropes and maybe he pulled something on that fall.

Roman was irate after the match. Got to love how this shows the producer counting down to the end, you see Wade & Cole in the background putting down their headsets to leave.

I want Finn to be on his own again.

This is crazy when you think about it, but then I looked it up to see the statistics.

2017- Carmella held it for 287 Days before cashing it in.

2018- Alexa Bliss held it for just 2 Hours, 52 Minutes.

2019- Bayley held it for 1 Hour, 25 Minutes.

2020- Asuka won but on RAW it was revealed that Becky was pregnant and that Asuka really won the RAW Women's Championship that Becky vacated.

2021- Nikki A.S.H held it for 1 Day.

2022- Liv Morgan cut a promo about waiting to cash in, then cashed in 2 hours later.

2023- Due to the PLE being on Saturday, you would be correct that it already makes Iyo one of the longest MITB holders for the Women.

Which is why I'd be fine with Iyo having a lengthy run with the briefcase.

Carmella is the only woman who actually had a run with the briefcase.

I’m for short MITB reigns, because WWE’s habit of then turning the holder’s entire character into “Are they cashing in NOW?! THEY CAN CASH IN AT ANYTIME!” is one of the worst examples of their dumbing things down.

Just put it on the backburner, let us almost forget someone has it, make the cash-in a surprise.

You can still have someone with the briefcase without those cash in teases all the time too.
