Giving up picks and eating over $31m in cap (if accurate) for a 2nd round pick almost 13 months from now. Wild.

That shows you that a team just wants a player out of there lol

He was on a rapid decline in the second half of the season, IMO, plus all the constant complaining on/off the field.

My Bills got absolutely fleeced, but the move had to happen at this point.

They've gotta be looking hard at WR, S, IL on day one, now. Thankfully this is a deep WR class and they have two good receiving TE's, Cook, Shakir and Curtis Samuels.

I'd look at a receiver on day one and two, TBH.

I get it because we had $40 Mil in dead money last season due to Rodgers’ cap hit. Still made the ‘offs though

If Buffalo drafts well and the guys they select come in and make an immediate impact, they should still be in playoff contention again. They already got the hard part out of the way(Franchise Qb). Just keep investing in the #investment.

Re: 2024 Offseason Thread

I'm not crazy about this. I think there's a reason Diggs hops around. Seems like there's always drama with him.

Him and Mixon in one locker room....that seems somewhat too risky for a young star QB and a team still trying to find its way.

I don't know. Hope it works.

That's a Brock Osweiler trade. We literally paid Houston to make him go away, what in the actual ****. Catastrophic

Re: 2024 Offseason Thread

Helluva rise/come up for him when consider how he got to the league:

Quote:
This just in: Eagles and LT Jordan Mailata reached agreement on a three-year, $66 million extension that includes $48 million guaranteed and a $20 million signing bonus, per sources. The deal ties Mailata to Philadelphia through the 2028 season.

The $22 million per-year average *puts him behind only Laremy Tunsil, Trent Williams and Andrew Thomas amongst the NFL’s highest-paid offensive tackles.
