Unhappy Re: Dallas Cowboys War Room

@Mr B:

I agree with you about the possibilities of the Cowboys record by seasons end. We have a bad defense. We have an offense that's inconsistent, the OL isn't playing well, & now we will probably be without Zeke for 6 games. Heck, we're 2-3 like you said with Zeke so no way we're going to get better running the ball.

I do think however with the way things are going we might be better off using a combination of Morris, McFadden, & Smith to carry the ball. Why in the world didn't we go after Navarro Bowman after the 49ers released him? Oh wait! We're loaded on defense & don't need him do we?

With Zeke I didn't see us going any better than 8-8 & probably more like 7-9. Now him being out 6 games then I honestly would be surprised to see us go any better than 6-10. Like you said though, winning only 5 games isn't out of the question. This team is bad & might as well look for a solid 1st round draft pick now with a pretty bad record. Thanks!

We DID go after Navorro Bowman. It was going to be a tough sell for him to leave the Bay Area.

Completely disagree on the sky is falling stuff.

About Bowman. That's not what a Dallas reporter from 247 Sports said about the situation with him. You seem to be in the minority on the sky is not falling apart on this team. That's for sure.

Re: Dallas Cowboys War Room

Well hey at least Rodgers is not there to kill us yet again if we do manage to somehow make it to the playoffs, LOL...

Just curious, what is your projection for the rest of the season? With and without Zeke.

Very true. Lol

The downside though is that the Eagles now look like the class of the conference.

I agree. The Eagles with the play of Wentz & their great defense is clearly looking like the best team in the Eastern Conference. Might be an Eagles-Pats Super Bowl showdown. I think the Chiefs will falter & there really is no other team that could give the Pats a run for their money in the Western Conference. The Steelers would be the only team I would give a slight chance to being a threat to them.

It's pointless to predict with courts yo-yoing him every week.

If he plays the rest of the year and there are no major injuries, I see 10-6. Couple of upsets plus some underwhelming big-name teams ahead. I hope we stay healthy and that our young DBs improve and get more burn in place of underwhelming vets.

With Zeke not playing, 8-8 is most likely.
