Re: Dallas Cowboys War Room

I haven't studied him enough to have a strong opinion, but I'm happy to have Tyler Guyton help shore up the offensive line. Getting an extra Round 3 pick along the way is absolutely a plus as well.

First three pick's seem extremely solid. It's a crapshoot.
I like a bigger DE's so I wasn't upset with the
Kneeland pick. D Law's eventual replacement..

They should make all teams show their draft boards,
it would make a good post game show..

Never gonna happen, but it would be cool to see.

Extremely happy with the OL/DL picks and Carson I think will be a steal.

Re: Dallas Cowboys War Room

I think the Cowboys handled the draft about as well as they could have given their limited resources. Adding multiple offensive linemen was a must given the departures of Tyron Smith and Tyler Biadisz, and don't look now but Zack Martin is also entering the final year of his contract.

Not grabbing a running back is going to be the obvious widespread criticism, but better that we are prepared for the departure of Demarcus Lawrence — also in a contract year this season — than adding Jonathon Brooks, IMO.

Re: Dallas Cowboys War Room

I am happy with the draft. The draft simulators I was using
had us heavy at O Line. Different guy's but similar grades
to what we drafted.

Zeke coming back is fine with me as long as he's
not the every down back. Goal line and 3rd down's is all
he should be used for at this point in his career.
Zeke is still one of the best pass protector RB's in
football. Which is a must for this Texas Coast Offense.

Forgot we had Martavis Bryant on the roster. Apparently
he was great on the scout team. With Gallup gone
maybe he makes the team this year.

Too bad we did not have that 4th round pick. (Trey Lance)
That was the sweet spot for a RB this year.
