And Take two interactive
Said they have 3 immersive core coming out two of them this year is wwe&NBA 2k24
The third one is from a new partner studio next year
And the game been highly anticipated (not GTA)

So my guess that third immersive core game is the new football game since the other one is sports

You think they are going to release a football game between now and March? Releasing after the season is done and well before the new season starts would be a non starter for most and would sell awful. Just don’t see that being a realistic release window.

Just to play devils advocate, there was a rumor that 2k wanted to release during the holiday season but the NFL nixed it. I would think that would include Black Friday and we would’ve had some announcement and trailers by now tho

If that rumor was tru and if the NFL nixed it, then that's all that matters. If the NFL doesn't like that window, than it doesn't release in that window. Besides Fifa/EA FC, these sports leagues want to be able to promote the upcoming season with the release of the licensed sports titles. Even if it's an arcade title, I don't see the logic of releasing a NFL license in the middle of an NFL season. I can agree with releasing a sports game before the season starting. I think a game like NBA 2k releases too early. 2k releases almost a month before preseason and a month and half before season tip off. NBA2k should release early October like it use too


I know some of you are super optimistic and try to find anything that supports that optimism. But until we hear/see anything credible, you're creating disappointment for yourself. I definitely want a Madden Alternative, but I'm not holding out hope until we start seeing credible info

I do actually think a holiday release could work but it’s a little late for that now to be one of the “three core games” he referenced.
