The ankle-breakers were overdone in 19, and you'd also run into situations where if a CPU player made a couple of shots, they'd then proceed to take the next 10-20 shot for their team.

Re: Your favirite NBA Live this generation

What a super exciting game I had tonight on the road vs the Spurs!!! I recorded quite a lot of gameplay mostly from the first half and then the finish of the game. Finish of the first half was also amazing by the CPU, Danny Green just gone wild and brought them back single-handedly.

Sadly I didn't realize I needed a 3 to win and scored in the paint, and the Spurs won by one.
Amazing ball movement by the Spurs (CPU) as well as great player off ball movement, D in the paint, stars taking over (Leonard destroyed us in the 2nd half), fast breaks with 3s/midrange/dunks/layups...it was all there!!!!

I'll see if I can upload some videos to YouTube channel, haven't used my account in months, so hopefully I can still remember the log-in.

Either way, Live 18 is an amazing basketball game!

Re: Your favirite NBA Live this generation

Another super exciting game tonight (every game in Live 18 is exciting, no boring games!) at home vs the Warriors. They opened with quick 3s, the usual Curry/Durant/Thompson offense. But we managed to come back and take over in the second qtr with great D and efficient ball movement.
The second half was us getting ahead and they come back again and again. But we limited their scoring with fantastic D and took good shots, sealed the paint and ran on Fastbreaks.
We won 116-105, we shot at 44% and kept the Warriors on 39%. Curry with 34, 6 and 3 steals but average fg% from the field, however he did make 6/11 from 3. Durant with 18 and not the best shooting night due to our defense, and Klay was quiet with 11. Green with huge boards and blocks but his offense was bad. Iggy with 3 steals and a couple of big baskets, but otherwise his offense was limited. Griffin with 34 and 5, Jackson with 18 and 10 assists, Drummond with 14, 16 and 3 blocks.
Some amazing ball movement by the CPU, seeing the big 3 run between picks to get open was beautiful. Seeing them run on fastbreaks for an immediate 3 pointer is just absolutely beautiful! Even saw a couple of new layup animations I don't remember seeing before.

Re: Your favirite NBA Live this generation

Just downloaded Live 18 again & I'm going to try out those sliders. Kinda jumping around playing different basketball games as I await September. I remember having a solid time with Live 18 when it initially released.

Re: Your favirite NBA Live this generation

I'm thinking of raising midrange to 60 for the CPU because they miss too many open midrange shots. But I'm afraid it would bump it up too much, 60 is a dangerous zone. Why sliders are tweaked by 10-point with each click is beyond me. More bizzar is that in Franchise mode, if I'm not mistaken, each click is 1 point. So strange...

Yeah, definitely strange. 60 may be a bit much but if wins are becoming easy because of the CPU's lack of midrange makes then that's understandable.

Didn't get a chance yet to use these but hopefully next weekend I'll fire these up.

I usually enjoyed Pro Level in NBA Live because gameplay seems more organic.

Which level were these created for?

EDIT
I just saw these are for All Star which is no biggie
