No Live 17. I think 16 was a good game, I didn't own it when it came out, only got it a few years ago and had some fun with it. To me it had superior physics over 18 and 19, especially 19 where most interactions between the ball handler and the defender felt scripted and predetermined.

Other than that, I like 18 better and the ability to edit rosters and sliders, even without editing tendencies, is huge.

very glad to have someone that still talk about live with me here, but i notice is too easy to exploit cpu on pick and roll situation where u can just throw the ball down to the rolling big man and dunk all day in paint? and also i don't notice any trades happening in dynasty mode by cpu teams and ended up playing years n years of same roster same team...? what u think?

Can't comment about the lack of trades because I usually play with trades disabled, I just focus on the on-court action and less on the management aspect.

Regarding defense, I see a pretty good interior D, but it would take a lot of roster editing. Never play with the default rosters, EA's rosters are the worst.
