I put pitch speed 8 and 8 otherwise original set. Propably the most satisfying game I’ve had with this game. There still were misses but now I was able to put the ball more in play more with good swings. Some were outs some were hits. All other stats were quite similar which was also nice. Just one game but it felt good and balanced. 👍🏼

I put fastballs at 8. Off speed at 6. I want the off speed stuff to feel offspeed. Good stuff

This was something I thought during the game but wasn’t sure how low to go with the off speed slider. I might give this a go.

Re: Rmiok222 MLB 24 Classic/Directional HOF/Legend Split Difficulty Sliders

I have been using Rmiok sliders since last year and really enjoy them. I use HOF hitting with zone hitting and legend and meter pitching. Everything seems to be going well. Again I haven’t play a ton with these but it has been working so far. So if anyone who is struggling with hitting might give zone a try and see if that helps you.
What I like most is nothing is ever the same, kustvkike in really life. Some days I am on fire and then other days I seem to be way off. But vision for players does seem to matter how well a player is able to hit a pitch. Just thought I would share. Thanks again for great set.

I was having such a great variety of games before they ****ed everything up.

I agree. The hitting is horrid. I'm using the Yankees and EVERYTHING is weak contact, there is NO power for either team and the timing window seems completely messed up. Worst gameplay in my opinion. I use timing on all star hitting and legend pitching and it just plays awful. The amount of times i get weak or okay contact is about 85% of the time whether its soto hitting a ball with good timing down the middle or austin wells doing the same thing.

Re: Rmiok222 MLB 24 Classic/Directional HOF/Legend Split Difficulty Sliders

I’ve been listening to feedback and also noticing things myself while playing. These are the key areas I’m going to address on an update I will post later tonight:

- lack of user contact
- lack of hit variety

Now on my end after about 35-40 games played I have noticed these things:

- too many user homeruns
- cpu striking out too much

I feel like a massive chunk of my runs on offense are coming from homeruns. I’m 2nd in the mlb in HRs with cleveland. I also lead the league in strikeouts (while pitching)

I will post an update later today.

I'm not really a slider tweaker but I follow your thread usually.

I'm fine with my hitting results so far, on HOF with no slider tweaks.

My concern is rising up a bit like last year with pitching. I'm on legend and turned up cpu contact and power 1 notch, and using colorado's pitching staff, I should he having a harder time than I am right now at getting the CPU out.

I'm only 16 games in so I'm not going to make any changes yet.
