Will EA CFB 25 coming back impact whether you buy Madden this year?

If serious hurdles don’t come up or game breaking glitches within dynasty. NCAA should have much more appeal, presentation and lasting power due to how many atmospheres / perspectives to play the game. Whether it be Road to glory or dynasty between major conferences or mid majors.

They have spoken about having college game day, the transfer portal and some sort of NIL integration so those things will all be fun to explore on top everything else.

If the game can play decent on field I find most of us spending July-December more immersed in NCAA than Madden because I truly don’t know how people can stay immersed in Madden if they are not apart of a 32 man online leagues

I’ll skip the college game altogether. Never been a huge college football fan or the Madden game since it left the ps2. A college game with madden gameplay doesn’t excite me at all.

I usually get the last years Madden used in the summer and play that a couple of times during the season when I really get the itch but I only ended up playing 23 once or twice. Did get to try the 24 beta I had enough before the trial was done. Probably gonna skip altogether this year.

I buy Madden every 2-3 years depending on what they add and since I bought 24, I'll be passing on 25 unless franchise is overhauled (it won't be). So CFB wouldn't impact me either way. I will probably get CFB, but it depends on the depth of the franchise mode. If it's a **** product I'll pass.

my uncle is a big college football guy so i will likely get both

but i am worred about the direction of madden it just seems arcade driven and they know what we want but they want to cather it toward their mut tourmens


the sky is the limt for college football by 2026 i think coaches and most of FCS will be in at the very least delwere will be in 2025

I don't think I'm getting Madden this year, especially with College Football back. I played NCAA 14 more than any game that's come out before or since so, that's likely going to be the same now.

Sadly since my Madden 24 now turns my Xbox off like a minute or two into playing a game... I might end up buying it just to play it. But I'm heavily leaning towards just getting College Football, and sticking with that this year and at this moment it's looking like the only sports game I'll be purchasing this year to be honest.

EA CFB day one. I'm taking a wait and see approach to Madden. I want to buy Madden but the last couple weeks have ramped up my excitement for college football returning to the mix, I'm just thinking I won't really have time for Madden. If I don't get it right away, I'm sure I will get January when college football winds down. Unfortunately I just don't have time for all the games I would love to play. One of the things a lot of people don't really factor in when forced to choose between Madden and EA CFB (like I am for time constraints) but it does sway me, do I want a game that has a 32 team leaguer, or one that has a hundred and 32 (actually 134)? I'm going with the 100+ teams choice. Maybe if Madden took a sabbatical and rode off in the sunset, maybe in ten years nostalgia would have me wanting to play it as much as I'm looking forward to EA CFB.
