Cord cutting

I was going to buy three ROKU players total and right now I have two, one of the newer model ROKU sticks and a ROKU 2. I was browsing Reddit and most suggest just going with the Stick. over the 2 and the 3. Any thoughts?

I may be moving to the Bronx in the next month, and cutting the cord is something I'm strongly considering. Only local network Vue doesn't get is MSG, and I really won't be losing sleep over not being able to see the Knicks play.

Exactly Mil, That's why I haven't cut the cord either, I need my local sports, so this is not an option for me until these cord cutting services provide local sports or something. I also have Fios.

I tried cutting the cord and going with the $35 a month Directv now.
Hated it, hated it!
One reason is because fox sports ohio didn't always work for some reason!
That and my picture would freeze all the time.

Add YouTube to the competition now. YouTube TV is coming soon for $35/month. If it will actually get me CBS, ABC, NBC, and FOX, I will finally get rid of DirecTV. Just got the PS Vue trial today, gonna see how that goes.

Well ****. I cancelled directv because I'm extremely satisfied with PS Vue just after a few hours of using it. I pay $100/mo for Cox ultimate internet. And now I see they're offering a bundle of that internet, cable with hbo and showtime for 2 years, and a phone (we need a landline anyway with spotty cell reception) all for $130/month. May have to consider this now...
