Reigns losing the title needs to happen in the main event. There's no way you end a title run like that and it's not the closing moment of a show.

And I do somewhat agree with him cause if the main champ is on TV 'too much' then he's overexposed, but if he's only around for PLE's and important TV stuff then he's 'not around enough.'
