Nah I’m good with it. Won’t take much to explain it away. It will work best if Jimmy isn’t actually back in the Bloodline, he’s just jealous of his brother. Is he’s back in the Bloodline then it’s a little screwy yeah.

Jimmy v Jey was inevitable and it moves Roman probably into a break and then onto more serious contenders. People really didn’t think Jey USO was the one to end the reign right?

The dumbest decision of the night was not putting the belt on Finn. That was kind numbingly dumb. That and a 5 minute commercial about god awful Garbage Liv

Guys.

MAIN EVENT Jey Uso.

Who's not the main event? Jimmy Uso.

Who has been the one foiling Roman from the start, and joining Roman from the start and being his "right hand man". Jey Uso.

Jimmy is fed up. Jey shouldn't be the Tribal Chief. No... he CANT be the Tribal Chief, because, then what is Jimmy? The twin to the Tribal Chief? The twin to the WWE Universal Champion?

No.

It isn't main event Jey Uso... IT IS MAIN EVENT JIMMY USO, UCE!

This is simple, lol.

Yeah that was a swerve for a sake of a swerve. Even if Roman wins, anything but that.

It's very simple and makes perfect sense in general, it just doesn't make sense this far into the story.

Jimmy didn't turn on Jey after getting choked out in that HIAC three years ago. But Jey getting another title match now does it? After all the twists in between? Ehh

Yeah, that all makes sense and they hinted at a possible feud during that interview (where their "dream match" is against each other at 'Mania), but it could've happened in a "cleaner" way, IMO.

Re: WWE Summerslam 8/5/23

Jimmy super kicked Roman first... then Jey did. This doesn't make sense. Like... it really does feel like if The Bloodline had a jumping the shark moment, this was it. They kept Cody in a feud with Brock for no reason, I just can't see WWE keeping the momentum going until April of next year. Cody/Roman rematch should have happened here, with Cody finishing the story tonight.
