If someone is saying you're wrong for your perspective for being a braves fan, I think the reason is right there. You're turning it into Gomez did something wrong by showing up the Braves without placing any blame on the Braves creating an environment for his reaction.
If I recall correctly, it was purely on Gomez. I think the backstory was that he was HBP earlier in the game (or maybe earlier in the season) and he felt it was payback. Remember McCann stopping him before he got to home plate?

Jose Fernandez didn't jaw but did throw his bat after he hit a HR against ATL...I think it was McCann too who jawed at him but that time I think it was just a player (Jose) getting excited.

It was the Braves playing Unwritten Rules Police. Gomez thought he was hit intentionally by Maholm in a previous AB. He hit a bomb, let Maholm know, then Freeman and McCann chimed in because they thought it was disrespectful.

Don't think it was the first time Gomez had pulled that stuff. Or if it was it wasn't the last.

He took it too far, and admitted as much. But the way McCann and Freeman tried to "police" it was just as egregious and even more "embarrassing to the game"

I dont think Kenny Williams former GM, now President of Ops. He's been with that organization for awhile. He didn't just all of sudden make that decision. It only take one complaint.

This is on Adam, he could have dial it back, but decided he wanted it all. His way or nothing. A former Atlanta Braves trying to grow balls. LOL......

And another I would drop Chris Sale's butt after his recent about his boss.

What crap is Chad even talking?

The situations are completely different.

LaRoche CHOSE to retire. The White Sox did not say he needed to leave if he didn't like the decision.

So now because Sale doesn't like the decision, Chad is going to call upon his business acumen and suggest the White Sox trade him?

Sometimes being snark results in saying something stupid. This is why media should report and keep opinions out of things.

Edit. Oops. I don't think Chad is with the media. Levine is. I retract my last sentence.

Yea I'm not trading a Cy Young contender just because he disagrees with this situation. And is taking a stand against management.
