Yes they added these in last year and actual updated it twice I believe.

That was phase 1 of the renovations. This winter they redid the lower bowl and foul territory.

I thought they put them in Thw Show toward the end of last year, but if not then it seems like they are in. Not sure if anyone more familiar with the specific updates can confirm.

Found a YouTube video. Seems as if they did include the updated field dimensions, but the area behind home plate looks like last year's.
