.

Agreed. At one point in the lead in shows one of the developers was bragging about how they had decor on the walls in a building across the street from Comerica. I forget the year but yeah last 5 years stadiums feel like they get worked on if time permits.

The luxury seats behind home plate at Truist Park were oddly removed in MLBTS 24, and replaced with the outfield seats. I’m almost hoping that’s a bug because I can’t believe they would go in there and change that. I don’t believe to my knowledge that those seats were replaced in real life at Truist.

Just to add: New Coors Light Roof Deck was added to the stadium this season.

I remember circa MLB 17, this thread was much more active and necessary additions/updates made it into the game much more consistently. There was also an SDS staffer named Adam who used to chime in pretty regularly, but I haven't seen his username pop up in at least a couple of years.
They just put in all the updates for Rogers Centre last year and fixed Citi Field’s scoreboard in an early patch too. They also updated the Rockies scoreboard and the left field fence at Camden Yards.

I just think they focus on the big changes because whenever they change some of the smaller things in the crowd, they end up changing again soon after in real life. The example is the ad colors in RF at PNC were finally changed to green and blue after years and then the next year, I believe the Pirates had changed them back to yellow ad colors.

We def need to keep highlighting them and hope they see them on here, but I think their thought process is get the big stuff in and maybe add in the smaller stuff later.

Fair points, but even then, there have also been some "big" updates that have been neglected for years, especially with Oakland. Again, the configuration/dimensions of the outfield wall have been incorrect for years, the upper deck has been a mess for the last two iterations, and the light towers have always been disproportionately oversized.

Petco Park doesn't have ivy on the batters eye, in game it does. Also they completely re-did Gallagher Square (the space behind the OF). They need to add fans to the Party Deck as well as the OF grass. And this last one is very very very minor and not a deal breaker at all, but since they added exterior shots, they have the buildings around Petco wrong lol

Unfortunately Oakland isn’t going to get any love because the owner clearly doesn’t give the team any love and they’ll unfortunately be moving soon. Wondering if that plays into it since SDS usually gets the stadium previews/pictures from the teams themselves to make the updates in the game.
