Can anyone explain how to trigger Edwin Diaz entrance? I got it once out of about 10 times.

It's there. Have to turn on fielding aids. Then toggle it on. You can have actual fielding aids turned off still separately, but you must turn fielding aids on first.

He calls the pitch but the location of the pud is not there anymore.

It is there but it’s really hard to see. Depending on the location it blends in with the catcher or the catcher’s glove.
