Anyone having issues when you play on the tournaments mode sometimes it loses connection, I'm on ps5 . My connection is good and have no other problems, just starting doing it since the patch last week

I am on PS5 also, but have not had that issue.

I have a question that might partially be answered by a conversation a couple pages back.

I'm currently taking a small break from career mode and going through the challenges. For the 2023 Players' Championship challenges, I've been sitting at 74/75 stars for over a week. That one star? Hole-in-one on the 17th.

Any tips or suggestions for getting that elusive ace? I've made the shot probably close to 100 times and have gotten one stupid heartbeat moment that stopped 5 inches short. Outside of that, I haven't gotten any closer that a couple feet.

Like just about all the hole out for those challenges... Arcade mode, Finesse shot, mid-air spin.

Apropos of nothing, playing as late 70's / early 80's Jack Nicklaus, replete with long hair (no hat), plaid pants, and yellow Sunday shirt is the bomb.

Swing is still definitely not Jack, but at least it's sorta distinctive I guess. I dig the wooden driver and blade irons he wields as well. And they actually make a difference in how you play the game, too - the 5-degree wooden driver means that the modern concept of high-launch/low-spin drives is sort of out (!), and you have to rely on run-out to get distance.

I played a round at Augusta and did Verne Lundquist calls out loud to myself on any putt that was of reasonable length. I'm a huge dork.

I just got the game last week and still confused by the shot shaping. Is moving the hit cursor (right-stick) to LOW mean you're hitting the ball below center mass, thus higher apex and more spin, or am I backwards? With PGA2k23, moving the cursor below the ball is where contact is made, but it feels different in EA.
