Tokyo Vice update, episodes 4 and 5 continue the good pace of 1-3. The side characters actually feel like people now, good cliffhanger ending to episode 5. Didn't realize this season is only 10 episodes, so makes sense plot wise.

First 2 episodes were fantastic.

I would have binged the whole series in 1 sitting if I could.

I miss the days of getting 15-20 episode seasons.

I feel like if you’re going to release a new season every other year, we gotta get 20 episodes. This whole “Get 10 and then wait 2-3 years for the next season” BS has gotta stop lol

Napoleon (Apple+)

Hadn't seen a bad Ridley Scott movie... until this.

I struggle to find a single redeeming quality, other than cinematography.

Yeah. I'm just happy it got a second season tbh. Lots of "limited run" series. Netflix is the king of canceling shows after 2 seasons or so, just when I get into something. Last "long series" I watched was The Expanse.

My thoughts exactly.

Finished it last night. Joaquin Phoenix put in one of the worst displays I’ve seen in a while.

Napoleon was ~24ish when he won at Toulon. Joaquin Phoenix looked every part of 50 in that movie scene

Season finale of the traitors on peacock, that reunion definitely has an old school Survivor feel to it.

The "gamers" aka the Survivor/BB players are experienced in this kind of world and know not to take things personally because it's a reality game competition.

But the people coming from shows that weren't used to it were so shocked at the thought of someone doing what they ended up seeing.

Really made for some crazy tv. Talk about drama filled.

Aside from Tokyo Vice, randomly caught a few episodes of Resident Alien. Fun show, good writing.
