Explain this tease I'm hearing about for tomorrow's patch? Are you calling my bluff and will I now need to buy your game?

"All normal fighters will have access to all colors now, and Champ is one of them. Actual Champs have all color options too, though it says "Champion Red" or "Champion Blue" for them, and they look like normal non-champ shorts but with gold font." -Dmitryi@EASports

Fingers crossed, but the language they used in that quote ("normal fighters") makes me think no.

Ya know what I wish they'd patch (and it super unimportant but kind of out of place looking) is that animation at the end of a round where a fighter who got beaten up pretty good hobbles to his corner holding his torso like its 10pm on taco Tuesday and facepalming himself like he was pistol whipped during a mugging. Thats about as much of a thing as the "pose-down" after "are you ready" in ufc 4

The notes don't mention colour allocation during career though. So please give us the option to change it there too, at least for CAFs. Normally this is blocked for the real fighters.

All colored shorts are available to all fighters.


I only wish im ranked that non champions couldn't wear them.


I don't know why ranked mode is so bare bones. Make it feel like something. Champions should be red corner only, with the availability of wearing championship trunks (only the champion can)


Now every player picks championship trunks for every fighter for some reason.. so weird
