Question: I struggle to enjoy the game when dropping sprint speed and pass speed as suggested in the set. If I keep those at default, any suggestions for changes to compensate?

After not really enjoying the game at first, today's been much better. One new addition that I actually found helpful is the defending assistance in the trainer that indicates where you should position your defenders. Angles in this game can be tricky because of the camera and having this on for a few games quickly helped me realize how I was getting my angles wrong and improved my defending. I'd recommend trying it out for anyone rusty or not satisfied with their ability to manually defend.

22 was the least I've played FIFA in a decade. Fingers crossed 23 outlasts the honeymoon period!

I actually prefer normal game speed over slow right now.

Without having played it, I reckon normal will once again be superior to slow based on my experience with Fifa 22. Everything just reacts a little better, the defence, keepers, dribbling etc. The game I don't think is tested on slow game speed much by the devs imo.

Lots of conjecture here.

On slow, I am pretty happy with the pace and feel overall.

Everything as per Matts initial set except Goalkeepers upped to 75 as personal preference as too many goals at 50 for me.

Games felt good. First one was really tight until I messed up a few times and got hammered (not played much since Fifa 20)

Second game was very different more end to end but very enjoyable. Loads of fouls too
