FTC's appeal was DENIED by the 9th Circuit of Appeals so once 3am EST hits, Microsoft is free to close the ABK acquisition in the U.S. My guess however is Monday afternoon.

Next up, reaching a deal with CMA even though they don't matter at this point as Microsoft will close over them if they have to.

So happy!!! Now, I can get Diablo IV on Game Pass!!! Let's freaking go!! Can't wait for Gamescom...would be great to have a massive drop of AB games on Game Pass announced at Gamescom.

If I have GamePass... can I cast from my phone to my TV like I can with YouTube?

I sold my Xbox a few months ago, but there are some games I want to play through my phone.

Looks as though Playstation ended up accepting a deal after all, doesn't say for how long though.

Sony shot and hurt themselves by not accepting the first deal which included all other activision games. Now it’s only COD. Jim Ryan is to blame.

Yes, you can play Xbox games via cloud gaming on your phone. And you should be able to use the built in Samsung UI to cast your screen to the TV and play on the big screen. I believe resolution is limited to 720p on mobile devices.

You can also stream to any web browser or Windows PC and play games that way.
