They DO have stats for him, but it seems they forgot to put him under any of the tabs. What you want to do is click on one of the lettered column headers up top and then click on the little down arrow that appears on the right. Then click either SORT A to Z or SORT Z to A. Once you do this, it will show every single wrestler in their database all at once. It's a daunting list with thousands of rows, including a lot of placeholder slots and a couple of unfinished characters that aren't of use to you. So press CTRL + F to open the search function and type in "Mr. T" and it will take you right to his stats.

For years, every game of every year, it has been my "career" to find the best settings to emulate the most realistic and TV-like AI vs. AI matches. This year's game so far has been very difficult because of a lot of bugs currently. I'm going to give this a few updates and continue enjoying 2K23 and 2K22 lol.
