I'm guessing it's the whole "NXT is the 3rd brand, their title is now considered a world title" thing.

Not that I'd consider the NXT title a world title like the wwe title or even universal title.

The fact it will remain in Full Sail tells me Vince won't have much control at all. This seems like Hunter, Road Dogg, HBK and whoever else produces NXT will still be in charge.
