Superspeedway racing just bores me. Never liked that type of racing, and I doubt I ever will. But if that's what you guys want to race, don't let me stop you. I can always spectate, I just have no interest in running it.

I'm game for NW at Chicago though, I'll be there. Are we going to run the fixed setup, or leave it open? Doesn't really matter to me either way, just wondering. And I'd also be up to running more on Friday's. Works great for me.

Re: iRacing after 2+ years

I think I'll leave it open I've got a couple of good set ups a qual that runs 29 seconds and about 30.1 in race trim I'll give it to all of you. And for the Dega set it's great for there and Daytona. In week 1 of this season I sat on the pole with it twice and never qualified worst than 4th and got a win and a bunch of 2nds

I will post pictures and info from my trip up to the iRacing Headquarters when i get back too.

.
Same, I dont like the gridlock racing where neither line moves. Lowes would be funny with T4 bump

Re: iRacing after 2+ years

The lines move it's just a matter of having the right people with you to make it work. But anyway as far as Friday night I was thinking 60 or 70 minutes of practice before the race, that can be advanced at anytime though. Also unlimited resets and the lucky dog to the first car a lap down. What type of restarts do you want double file, double file lapped inside, or single file lapped in back. The single file make for shorter cautions usually 2 or 3 laps. We also need to decide on a password for the server. Thanks guys

Agree, I would much rather do a little Atlanta, Chicago, Texas, Indianapolis or even California anytime over the likes of Daytona or Dega.

Re: iRacing after 2+ years

I'm with bj, I like dega and daytona. In fact the funnest time I had racing on nr2003 with the guys here, was when we did dega. To me it utterly thrilling. Well probably because I was able to stay in the pack with everybody instead of being on my island by myself.

BTW, what does this mean, " the lucky dog to the first car a lap down"?
