Re: EURO 2020

From BBC:

Uefa's tweet says Christian Eriksen has been "transferred to the hospital and has been stabilised".

Eriksen is awake

The Danish FA says Christian Eriksen is awake and waiting more tests in hospital.

Re: EURO 2020

These are the times, COVID comes to mind. Only because I've seen these heart studies for the last year and a half.

Re: EURO 2020

Reports came out that the team agreed to play the second half today after Ericksen spoke with the entire team via phone from the hospital. His agent also reported his dad is at the hospital with him and he is awake, stable, and aware of what's going on. Hopefully the medical staff can review the data on his monitor and see if there were any signs leading up to that moment.

My heart goes out to his family and friends.

An insane call on that penalty. Thank God it was saved.

Re: EURO 2020

Belgium looked unstoppable in the first half. They looked gassed in the second half, but still managed to put up a third goal. Lukaku has come along way as a player and is fun to watch up front.
