How much longer do you think Emery gets before his job is in serious jeopardy? Yes part of it is failure to properly address the defense, but man the players just don’t seem to have the right mentality, especially on the road. We’re into his second year and I know he’s probably just as annoyed as the supporters are. But at some point you have to ask the question if Emery knows how to fix it. Yes, ownership sucks, but when you look at 3-6, they all have their things, and dropping 2 points like this is really big in the long run. Arsenal fans can downplay it all they want, but they are just as good as any of them, bar arguably Spurs who I think are a bit better than the rest.

Just wondering if you think it’s time to try another manager? And who you think it could be or what type of manager might be needed since a short-term major player overhaul probably isn’t going to happen.

Spurs are very clearly better than us, the only players we have that make the Spurs XI would be our fullbacks, and even that's wishy-washy with them both being injured.

I'm not on the Emery Out train as I've said in the Arsenal thread, but my patience is wearing thin. I don't honestly care about the result, we're good for three to four more of these this year. What I do care about is the lack of any sort of plan to end the game. We have no organization defensively, we lack any sort of urgency, creativity, or ability to keep the ball in transition and it shows.



If I were to wake up tomorrow and Arsenal announced Emery was let go as manager, the only person I'd find remotely acceptable to replace him with would be Allegri. We can create offensively, Allegri's super structured defense first system may fix our defensive woes, even if it completely kills our offensive creativity.
