Not trying to troll here but I didn't think you guys played well at all.

Torres mi**** that one volley with his left and Yossi missed one down the end but other than that ya'll didn't do much.

There was a funny article on espnsoccernet after the match talking about Rafa's persistance to play Lucas.

I agree. We were awful, not as bad as last week against Fiorentina but still wretched.

I'll go on record and say this, we are NEVER going to win the league with Rafa as manager, NEVER! His tactics are mind boggling. He goes into Stamford Bridge with two defensive midfielders. Sigh.

Our weakness this year is our back four. No question about it. last season we conceded only 27 goals in 38 matches. So far we have conceded 12 in 8 games. Pepe Reina has won the Golden Gloves award three years on the trot for clean sheets. He'll never make it 4 in this current situation.

Glen Johnson and Insua are great going forward but they are a liability at the back. Lack of height and stength. And I truly, truly believe it is time to drop Jamie Carragher. He has had the worst start to the season by any of our players. Nearly all of the 12 goals we have conceded in the league so far have been due to his errors. Yesterday he was to blame for both goals. Didier Drogba outmuscled and outplayed him. He is much too slow for this level now. Daniel Agger finally made his return to the bench yesterday after a lengthy absence. He needs to get into the lineup NOW.

Too many players are played out of position!

Dirk Kuyt plays at his best alongside Fernando Torres not on the right wing. That's where Yossi Benayoun should play.

Steven Gerrard should be slotted alongside Mascherano in MIDFIELD, not sitting just behind El Nino.

And Lucas should be in the dressing room making the half-time cup of tea. Boggles my mind that he gets picked every week.

It also boggles my mind that Rafa goes on on and on about how the owners have limited his funds to bring in more players. Well they gave you 20 million quid and what do you do with it? You blow it all on an injured unproven player. Complete waste! We have been begging and pleading for the board to bring in some support for Torres as Voronin and Ngog are just not good enough for this level.

Its been 5-6 years now and we still havent seen it yet
As for yesterday game I think the performance wasnt bad, especially in the first half
