Yeah but who looked harder than him out there? Nobody, and that’s far more important than goals.

Him picking up more yellows last season for taking his shirt off celebrating goals than actual goals scored might be my favorite EPL stat ever.

EDIT: Always nice to pour a cup of coffee and see that Everton/Dyche are failing to start your day.

It's beautiful. If it were Everton, I'd be happy. A Dyche managed team? I'd be happy. Dyche managing Everton?! I'm elated! I'm going to go whistle the entire time I'm mowing the lawn.

I would rather watch Everton in the Championship, with SOME level of expectation. At least then their failure would be noteworthy. This is just another season where they will probably survive playing like they don't want to score goals.

I’ve always been a supporter of David Moyes.

Can’t even lie…that’s funny

Not the best debut but overall we didn’t even play that bad and still lost 3-1

Liverpool rightly appealing that red card. Let's see if the investigation into themselves results in anything. The exact same challenge happened in United-Spurs and it wasn't even a yellow as per usual.

Paul Tierney was the VAR that could have had the referee go look at this, of course. I full-body cringed when I saw he was the one handling VAR at the start of the match.
