NFL Playoffs - Divisional Round Discussion Thread

Saturday, January 20th
(4)Houston Texans @ (1)Baltimore Ravens - 4:15pm EST on ESPN/ABC

(7)Green Bay Packers @ (1)San Francisco 49ers - 8pm EST on Fox

Sunday; January 21st
(4)Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ (3)Detroit Lions - 3pm EST on NBC
(3)Kansas City Chiefs @ (2)Buffalo Bills - 6:30pm EST on CBS/Paramount+

As for the actual game, fully expecting San Fran to beat us down the last time we had a playoff game there. BUT, if Loves balls out and the Defense gets cooked(on the ground, not by Purdy hopefully)then I’ll be good either way. New DC will be coming but also Love showed he can hold his own against another good defense, which is all that matters to me.

Re: NFL Playoffs - Divisional Round Discussion Thread

It'll be interesting but I will say, for some unknown reason, Dallas went from playing a lot of man to playing zone against GB and got carved up. SF plays more man then zone, for all the love the GB receivers are suddenly getting I want to see how they fare against man coverage and can't just find gigantic holes in zone like they did against Dallas while making some of those throws insanely easy from Love in the process.

Think it's Ravens/Bills and Lions/49ers. Hopefully for my sake I am wrong about one of these, ahem.

I think we can win. Week 1 was long ago but that game was closer than final score indicates and both teams are different/evolved/etc. If we can take care of the ball and not commit stupid penalties, I think we have a shot. We'll see.

Re watched the game last night. CJ was on from the very beginning. Lamar didn't play his greatest game. But I feel like Texans have a lot of room for improvement. I think it should be a great game!!

Chiefs vs Bills should be the best game. Expecting a tight game between Texans and Ravens.

Detroit should win, but who knows, Baker might cash in for real if he does it against a team that's actually trying

Chiefs Bills is the game, though

Rooting for Texans @ Chiefs and Packers @ Lions for the championship games and a Chiefs v Packers Super Bowl.

Improbable. Should be a good weekend of football regardless.
