Pretty embarrassing performance by the Texans. They could have at least showed up for their biggest game of the year.

This may sound counter intuitive, but I think the reason this year's Raven squad is different from years past is because the offense is built less around Lamar. Under Roman the offense was 100% tailored to Lamar and could be labeled a bit gimmicky in some sense. It was great during the regular season because it was so unique, but the drawback was that come playoffs when the game planning and scheming goes up a level if the other team's defense found the right scheme change it more often than not killed the offense.

This season though it is closer to more of a conventional offense with Lamar's unique skillset sprinkled on top. Thats an improvement imo

What a ridiculous take. Houston needed to play damn near a perfect game in order to just have a chance to win. These 2 organizations are not at the same place right now.
