That's not really fair. Bay was in NY for all of four months before going to San Diego, and that was over a year before he ever appeared in the major leagues.

Smokey is funny. that is all. Yankee fans are so delusional it's funny. And I'm a Yankee fan as well.


although, I hope Smokey was kidding because it would bolster my faith in humanity at least 40%

If there is anybody that I wished the White Sox never signed I'd have to go with a manager. That manager would be Terry Bevington. Absolutely the worst manager EVER to grace a Major League Baseball team.

If there was a player that I'd name it would be Jamie Navarro. He was around during the Bevington years and that was the only reason why he was playing during that time because Bevington was managing the team. Navarro was the worst pitcher EVER in White Sox history.
