The Stars have gone 1-1 this week with an impressive win over the Kings 5-3 followed up by a 2-0 loss to the Flyers on Thursday. In the Kings win, the Stars got goals from unlikely sources as both Johnson and Lindell scored in the first period.

Tonight Dallas faces the Devils on the ice. The Devils currently sit 3rd in the Metropolitan Division and have been one of the hottest NHL teams over the last month. The goal is to keep someone in front of Jesper Bratt at all times to slow down the scoring of the Devils.

Ceedee Lamb has been ruled out of the NFL post season due to a chest injury. The injury occurred in the final game of the season against the Commanders. Intially thought to be minor, team doctors officially ruled him out today. While Lamb is angry and saddened by the news, he fully supports the medical staff's decision and will be on the sidelines cheering on his teammates against Green Bay.

In Coach Phil, Cowboy Nation Believes. He promised that he would bring an attitude adjustment to this team and he has. Dallas is the #1 overall seed and the most prolific offense and defense in all of the NFL. Today that begin their quest towards the ultimate goal of winning the Superbowl.

Today's game shouldn't be much of a challenge as they Cowboys stats completely dwarf the Packers. This game however is not played on paper and the Cowboys recent playoff woes has fans on edge. In addition, Ceedee Lamb has been ruled out of the playoffs, so Coach Phil will be relying on other offensive players to step up, particularly Gallup who will not be the #2 receiver.

After the heartbreaking overtime loss to the Devils 7-6 on Sunday, spirits in the locker room were very low. As has been the case the defense is being blamed as the culprit. Jake Oettinger has been extremely vocal about the pressure that he's constantly under and that perhaps that the problem is a scheme issue as he finds himself one on one in multiple situations.

Tuesday saw a better performance as the Stars defeated the Rangers in NY 3-2. Tonight the Stars face the Red Wings in Detroit and hope to build off of Tuesday's win. The Red Wings currently sit in last place in the Atlantic division.

Tonight the Dallas Mavericks take on the Phoenix Suns in a clash of the #1 and #3 teams in the Western Conference. The Suns sit just 5 games back of the Mavs. After losing to the #2 Warriors just 5 days ago, Coach Revolt vows not to lose the #3.

Dallas played Boston on Monday night and came away with a 105-93 victory lead by Luka's 34-6-5.

After the loss to the Warriors to finish out December, Coach stated that it helped to refocus the Mavericks and also showed a few weaknesses of the team. As we sit less than 2 weeks away from the trade deadline rumors are flying as to what the Mavericks may do.

Amid trade buzz surrounding Washington Wizards power forward Kyle Kuzma, the Dallas Mavericks are reportedly prioritizing landing power forwards over small forwards, per NBA insider Marc Stein.

Dallas is looking for more size to aid its defensive struggles. Kuzma, along with Charlotte Hornets power forward PJ Washington, have emerged as possible trade targets for the Mavericks.
