I don't have the completed filed and I'm only doing accessory edits for Hyper and DC. I have no knowledge of hex editing or using any other modding software. Hopefully Hyperballer21 or someone else can figure out the "damaged/corrupt" issue and make it available on 2KShare. Sorry.

How up-to-date is the offline file from the 1st post? Is it the same one that was posted to 2K Share on 4-3-14? I know there's gonna be a playoff update but curious how recent that offline was posted to the 1st post in the meantime. Thanks!

That file is as of 4/3. It is the same file.

We are still working folks. But there is a good amount of work that needs to be done.
