Why doesn't NBA 2K push or promote the WNBA playoffs?

It is really Odd they have actual Players Portraits for some of them. I tried everything I could think of to Copy their DNA and it didn't give any options.

Becky Hammon and Katie Smith are in as coaches. I wonder if those players show up in WNBA MyPlayer. They could also be VIP guests that show up during random WNBA games.

Honestly K would be better off releasing closer to NBA season and updating the WNBA players around the WNBA Finals as most players are not playing right now. WNBA doesnt lose enough money for the NBA to ever get rid of it, investment would help even through marketing on social media as who really cares about NBA preseason (which 2k should have in myNBA).

I've been seeing this in other threads, too. I don't watch the WNBA nor do I play the mode on 2K, but I can see why the question was asked in the title.

They obviously don't understand how good the WNBA Mode is. Sad for me as I have a daughter who is getting recruited to play College Basketball and Idiots keep trying to devalue the WNBA.
