I am replicating these edits on the PS4 now they're my personal work but they're the same Concepts and same goals for each tendency

Are there any tendency edits the Vann did that you're leaving out or are you including them all just with your own personal twist?

I can tell you as it is right bow my roster is in complete probably about 50% of the way done and everything that van has mentioned at his 4 gameplay I already have implemented in my roster.. excluding the synergy edits I have not got to those yet. I will elaborate more when I get out of work

Re: Tendency edits that are game changers for realism?

A couple things on deck I am planning on doing...

1- I'm going to use Sonic's research on players hot & cold spots and update the whole league using them. Especially guys like A. Gordon, B. Griffin in extending their shooting ranges this year to 3 point land. 2K had Gordon with all Cold Spots from 3 which has obviously changed.

2- I am going to go back and mess with the dribbling edits for players a bit. I need to tone down the behind the back dribble for some players. It is great when a player is cut off and they use it as it is a great animation like the spin lay up, but I am seeing it as a 1st move out of triple threat too much with players that shouldn't be doing it. I have a few ideas but want to test it 1st... Also, scaling up the non flamboyant point guards with higher no dribble moves. I was at 90-95 scale for all PG's depending on the player, but I will probably go between 95-98 instead to eliminate any sauce and more direct drives...

3- Lock in and tighten up the shooting off drives & spot up's as well as the coming off screens tendency a bit more... Fine line here with balancing out if a player is open to shoot he shoots it, but if not we want him to drive more aggressively. Some players I got perfectly and others need to be more decisive... I don't want everyone to be perfect though and too aggressive.

One thing of note & I'm not sure if I mentioned this before in the thread and it really probably go's without saying, but on the driving layup finishing tendencies I saw a lot more decisive decisions with the moves I wanted to see more of compared to others more frequently with all the numbers being separate and not the same value. For example 95 spin layup, 85 hop step, 50 euro, etc... The 100 theory does not work here as the low number means they don't do the move as often from what I saw in game testing. That go's for all of those scaled lower as well. It's kind of like the stepback jumper with having a trigger point to see them more often... I was testing this with Demar Derozan as he has both the spin and hopstep higher as he performs those more often than others... I wasn't getting what I wanted even though I had both at 95. Once I changed the value to 1 higher than the other with both being above 75 I started to see him really finishing with a variety of moves. Same for the greek freak... For euro's and floaters I went low so I wouldn't see them as often unless that was number 1 move of a player like Ginobli euro step, T. Parker floater, etc... Test it and see what you guys get and let me know...

All fine tuning now and kind of the fun part...

Do you think Giannis is not a Euro step guy? In my opinion he used that often. Is it as stiff and bland as 2k not IMO. But check his driving layups as he slithers through defenders, its a rock and sway (euro movement style) also could you Pm the links for the hot/cold zones? Or are you getting that info from Sonics excel Google doc?

I am using his hot and cold zones off his spread sheet. So nice being able to quick edit these too as I have 10 teams done already in about 45 minutes... I don't like 2k's euro's at all unless they use it frequently and I need too... I gave Giannis 5 in euro with hop and spin at 90 and 95 and high drive and attack tendencies. I would rather have strong attacking finishes & the other problem that I have is even though I have USER block at 1 I still get too many on those slow layup animations so trying to eliminate all that hence the dribble edits... I love how he is playing as I have played a ton of games vs the bucks (love their switching everything defense) and Giannis is a freak! I could go higher as he definitely uses it, but everything I'm doing is gameplay 1st then player specific...
