I get that, but pitchers still wear compression undershirts and it’s basically the same thing. Julio Teheran for example.

I've seen pitchers wear compression sleeves recently. As long as it's the same color as the team undershirt it's fine. They just can't wear anything a different color or with logos and other things on it. They can also wear long sleeve under shirts too.

What bothers me is the number of pitchers generated in future years in RTTS that have different length sleeves on each arm.

That's not even allowed in real life.

I try to make their third pitch something that is similar to one of their other two pitches. Like 2-seamer/sinker. Forkball/splitter. Even Slider/slurve or Slurve/curve. Heck, sometimes 2-seamer/4-seamer.
