I'm starting to feel like all we're going to get from here on out is a bunch of filler that no one asks for so they can say they made updates.

The filler is used for DD programs. Not for creators to build realistic stadiums.

Believe with no prop selected, hold R2 to bring up the wheel, then left stick to the left and click X. It will bring up the tag search. Scroll down to Future City, select it and submit search , and Bobs your uncle

Then press R1

Use left stick search by tag

Will open that window
